427 Supplements Refund & Returns Policy

At 427 Supplements, we want you to feel confident in every order you place with us. If something isn’t right, we will do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unopened.

  • The product is in its original packaging, including seals, labels, and safety wrappers.

  • The product is returned within 20 days of the delivery date.


2. Opened Products: Exchanges & Store Credit

If your product has been opened, you may be eligible for:

  • An exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value, or

  • An online store credit issued as a digital code or gift card.

Important notes:

  • Eligibility for exchange or store credit is determined at our discretion based on the condition of the product and the reason for return.

  • We reserve the right to monitor frequent requests for store credit or exchanges and may limit or deny them if we detect unusual or abusive patterns.


3. Promotional Items and Bundles

If your order included promotional items (for example, free samples, gifts with purchase, or bundled products):

  • All promotional items associated with the product must be included in the return to receive a full refund.

  • If promotional items are not returned, we may deduct their value from your refund or issue partial store credit instead.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product compared to what you ordered

Please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery so we can help you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

When you email us, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • A photo of the packaging (if damage occurred in transit)

Qualifying orders will typically receive a replacement shipped at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To start a return, exchange, or refund request, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The full name on the order

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • A brief reason for the return (e.g., unopened and no longer needed, damaged on arrival, received wrong flavor, etc.)

Our team will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

  • For most returns (other than our error), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been significantly used or partially consumed

  • Items returned beyond the stated return window

  • Items not purchased directly from the official 427 Supplements website


8. Policy Changes

427 Supplements reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
